Salary will be around 12k to 18k based on the exp and knowledge Pls send your resume. sulaiman sulaimanatneuro-tronix.com Planning Engineer – Civil  KG Developers & Promoters -  5 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry/Building Experience Construction Should have hands on experience in MS-Projects/ERP Project Skill Set & Knowledge Management software in all domains (Scheduling, Resource Management, Cost Management). 1. Understand the Project as a whole comprising planning, construction, erection, commissioning and handing over. 2.Scrutinize the project requirements (Scope, Time, Cost & Quality) and arrive at contracting/execution strategy 3.Facilitate timely completion of project through extensive planning & monitoring 4.Develop Project Master Plan & Track 5.Develop detailed Master construction program using MSP/ERP software involving all disciplines like civil, electrical, electro mechanical, phe, telecommunications, landscape, etc 6. Develop unit wise Micro programs which include activity definition, activity sequencing, preparation of WBS, arriving out program schedule, assignment of activity wise quantities, calculation of activity wise resource requirements, resource planning, assignment of activity costs, cost management etc. 7.Providing inputs systematically for procurement & contracting Job Role based on the approved program schedules 8.Arrive at Time & Cost Base lines and facilitate approval process 9. Monitor all the assigned projects, Track the Time & Cost at defined intervals w.r.t cost & time & submit reports as pre communication protocol. 10. Predict time delays & cost over runs and alert the management well in advance on the performance of the project. 11.Delay analysis and facilitating preventive actions 12.Prepare catch-up plans and facilitate implementation 13.Support contracts department in tendering, BOQ preparation and other allied activities 14.Co-coordinating planning meetings & technical activities at sites 15.Monitoring changes in Project and managing the same 16. Preparation of MIS reports for all the assigned projects and delivering as per the communication protocol.
